How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery usually takes 2-5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at supplyessentialsltd@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend or cancel it.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be unused, unopened where applicable, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are usually processed within 5-10 working days back to your original payment method.

Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment, we mainly ship within the United Kingdom.
