Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

After you have told us that you would like to return your order, you then have 14 days to send the item back to us.

Items must be unused, unopened where applicable, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund or suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds usually take 5-10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
